Announcing Carolyn Gebbie's Tri-Stars!

After a short, but intense "contest" to come up with a name for my tri coaching group (some of which entries were a little on the wild & crazy side!) the group will be called the Tri-Stars! Every member of the group has a different athletic background and ability. Every one brings so much enthusiasm and energy to their training. Each and every one is a super star, in my opinion, so the group name reflects this belief.
Seven of the Tri-Stars will be competing in the New Balance 1/2 Ironman on June 19th. One is heading down to Coeur d'Alene, Idaho to compete in the Ironman race there on June 26th. Two are focusing on Olympic distance races this year. Three Tri-Stars (plus myself) will be competing at Ironman Canada on August 28th. Lots of excitement in the coming weeks and months!!
