New this year is a training consultation fee of $50 per hour. This has come in response to some recent new clients who wanted to be able to purchase an hour of my time each month to discuss their general training with me by way of a weekly e-mail. They will then segue into full periodized program planning after 2 - 3 months.
There is also information at the bottom of the page on an upcoming Training Camp in Penticton from July 17 - 23. The camp has been geared towards Ironman athletes in the past, but this year the camp will also have Olympic and 1/2 Ironman distance options. Something for everybody!!
