Race Season is Approaching Fast!

Here we are in April and the first race, the in-house tri at the Victoria YMCA, is just around the corner. This event is designed as a friendly introduction to the sport for new Y Tri Club members, and is capped off with a potluck party - complete with hottub in which the participants can soak their tired muscles!
There are many races of varying distances in the upcoming months. The Resources page in the Triathlon Coaching section of the website has recently been updated so that the dates of, and links to, local races are now available.
The Gallery section has many new photos. All photos are now captioned and are displayed in an easier viewing format. There are also race photos of Triathlete clients being added under Clients in the Gallery.
